win08故障转移的要求是三台服务器，其中两台有双网卡的服务器，两台服务器的A网卡设置双IP，一条IP连接域控，另一条IP连接SCSI存储设备，另一块B网卡互相连接(心跳线)，服务器A为主服务器，服务器B为备用服务器，B服务器会通过心跳线一直询问A服务器的工作状态，并把询问结果反馈给仲裁盘，而仲裁盘中的群集配置是存储在ISCSI存储设备中，仲裁只有在A服务器两块网卡都正常的情况下才不会启动故障转移，所以不论A服务器的A网卡或B网卡故障都会导致故障转移启动，B服务器接管A服务器的一切服务状态并继续提供服务。
以上两台服务器IP配置如下：
A服务器：A网卡IP：192.16.0.1
172.16.0.1
B网卡IP：10.0.0.1
B服务器：A网卡IP：192.16.0.2
172.16.0.2
B网卡IP：10.0.0.2
SCSI网络存储设备IP：192.168.0.254
域控/DNS服务器IP：172.16.0.254

If you must change the IP address of your existing SQL Server 2000 failover cluster instance, whether it is a default instance or a named instance, you can use the Advanced\Maintain Virtual Server for Failover Clustering option in the SQL Server 2000 Setup program.>>To use the Advanced\Maintain Virtual Server for Failover Clustering option, follow these steps:1. Insert the SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition CD, and then click SQL Server 2000 Components. 2. Click Install Database Server. 3. On the Welcome screen, click Next. 4. Type the name of the failover cluster instance that you want to modify, and then click Next. 5. Click the Advanced options tab, and then click Next. 6. Click Maintain a Virtual Server for Failover Clustering, and then click Next. 7. In the Failover Clustering dialog box, you can: Add an IP address for additional networks. Remove and replace an existing IP address. Remove IP addresses that you do not need. After you make these changes, click Add, and then click Next.>>Note Assign only one IP address for each network and one network for each network adapter. SQL Server requires that each IP address that is assigned to it have its own unique subnet mask. private是心跳线
2块网卡的话，private和public公用一根线就好了。网卡上设置俩IP!
不过生产环境中一定要用三块网卡!

键入cluadmin启群集管理器并连接本实例
左侧窗格展组节点选择要更新组
右侧窗格右键单击SQL IP Address1（故障转移群集实例名称）并选择属性
单击参数选项卡址字段更新 SQL IP Address1（SQL Server 名称） IP 址
单击应用实现更改能显示面警告框：
群集管理器标准扩展: 尝试设置属性错: 已存储属性资源联机所更改才效错误 ID: 5024 (000013a0)单击确定清除群集管理器标准扩展
框您返群集管理器若要使资源脱机再使其重新联机请使用列步骤
右侧窗格右键单击SQL IP Address1（故障转移群集实例名称）并选择脱机
看 SQL IP Address1（故障转移群集实例名称）、SQL Network Name（故障转移群集实例名称） SQL Server 状态联机更改脱机挂起再更改脱机
注意 IP 更改传播整企业网络能需要 30 钟或更间应该尝试 SQL IP Address 1（故障转移群集实例名称） SQL Network Name（故障转移群集实例名称）联机尝试 ping 该故障转移群集实例名称并等待 DNS 其解析新 IP 址
右侧窗格右键单击 SQL Server选择联机
看 SQL IP Address1（故障转移群集实例名称）、SQL Network Name（故障转移群集实例名称） SQL Server 状态脱机更改联机挂起再更改联机
