凡是java官方，安卓API官網都屬於官方開發者網站，你可以利用里邊開源信息進行學習和開發，例如：http://android.toolib.net/
但是我猜你是因為谷歌被封鎖，鏈接不上吧？
可以跳牆或者改下本地host文件
如圖位置：
在最後一行加一段IP地址就可以了，代碼如下：

注意：一般不能直接保存這個文件的，會提示你被佔用，所以教你個小技巧，可以先把文件復制到桌面上，然後修改，然後再覆蓋到原來C盤路徑里，這樣是可以的。
